1. Use of Service

TypingSutra provides an online typing practice platform designed for Indian government exam aspirants. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial practice purposes only.

• You must be 13 years or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You agree not to misuse the platform or attempt to disrupt its operation.
• Sharing account credentials or attempting to bypass subscription restrictions is prohibited.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

TypingSutra offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the specified amount for the chosen plan duration.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Subscriptions are non-transferable.
• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment verification.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on TypingSutra — including lesson text, practice passages, exam simulators, code, and design — is owned by TypingSutra. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

4. Disclaimer

TypingSutra is an independent practice platform and is not affiliated with any government recruitment board (SSC, PSSSB, RRB, DSSSB, RSMSSB, UPSSSC, or others). Exam rules and scoring are replicated to the best of our knowledge but may differ from the actual exam. We are not responsible for any discrepancy between our simulator and the actual exam.

5. Limitation of Liability

TypingSutra is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including failure to qualify in any government examination.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
