Cancellation and Refunds

No-Refund Policy

TypingSutra is a freemium service. A substantial part of the platform — including typing lessons, practice passages and exam-format tests — is available free of charge, without payment or card details.

This free access exists so that you can fully evaluate TypingSutra before paying. We encourage every user to use the free version first and confirm the platform suits their preparation.

Because a free version is available for evaluation, all Pro subscription payments are final and non-refundable once the payment is successful and Pro access has been activated on your account.

By purchasing a Pro subscription you confirm that you have had the opportunity to try the free version and are satisfied with the service.

Limited Exceptions

We will review and, where valid, refund in these cases only:

• Duplicate payment — you were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
• Payment deducted but Pro not activated — the amount left your account but Pro access was not granted, and we are unable to activate it.
• Technical non-delivery — a verified fault on our side prevents you from accessing the Pro features you paid for, and we are unable to resolve it.

These are corrections of payment or service failures, not refunds of change of mind. Requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

What Is Not Refundable

• Change of mind, or deciding the platform is not needed after purchase.
• Not using the subscription, or using it less than expected.
• Unused time remaining on an active subscription (no partial refunds).
• Failing to clear an examination, or dissatisfaction with your typing progress.
• Loss of access caused by violating our Terms of Service.
• Purchases made at promotional or discounted pricing.

How to Raise a Payment Issue

Email support@typingsutra.com with:

• Subject: Payment Issue — [your registered phone number]
• Your Razorpay Payment ID (in your payment confirmation)
• A short description of the issue

We respond within 2 business days. Approved corrections are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation

TypingSutra subscriptions are one-time purchases for a fixed duration (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 1 year). There is no auto-renewal, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge. Pro access simply expires at the end of the period you paid for, and you return to the free version with your progress intact.
