BSSC uses Remington GAIL — not INSCRIPT

This is the critical difference. If you have been practising INSCRIPT for SSC or UPSSSC, you need to switch layouts for BSSC. Key positions are different.

BSSC Bihar uses Mangal Unicode font with Remington GAIL keyboard layout for Hindi typing. If you practised INSCRIPT (for SSC, DSSSB, or UPSSSC), the key positions are different. Remington GAIL has matras and consonants in different positions. Practise specifically on Remington GAIL for BSSC.

Like UPSSSC, BSSC requires both Hindi and English typing. Both are qualifying — failing either fails the test. Hindi 30 WPM with Remington GAIL, English 30 WPM with QWERTY.
